Horizontal Parallelogram stitch looks identical on both sides. Just straight knit and purl stitches. Very simple but effective.
Cast on a multiple of 10 stitches.
Row 1 – right side: * Knit 5, purl 5; repeat from * to end.
Row 2: Knit 4, * purl 5, knit 5; repeat from * to last 6 sts, purl 5, knit 1.
Row 3: Purl 2, * knit 5, purl 5; repeat from * to last 8 sts, knit 5, purl 3.
Row 4: Knit 2, * purl 5, knit 5; repeat from * to last 8 sts, purl 5, knit 3.
Row 5: Purl 4, * knit 5, purl 5; repeat from * to last 6 sts, knit 5, purl 1.
Row 6: * Purl 5, knit 5; repeat from * to end.
Repeat Rows 1 - 6.
