[Knitting in the round] Beautiful and easy knit textured stitch. Simply knit and purl stitches
Cast on a multiple of 9 stitches.
Round 1: Knit 4, * purl 1, knit 8; repeat  from * to last 5 stitches, purl 1, knit 4.
Round 2: Knit 3, *  purl 3, knit 6; repeat from * to last 6 stitches, purl 3, knit 3.
Round 3: Knit 2, * purl 5, knit 4; repeat from * to last 7 stitches, purl 5, knit 2.
Round 4: Knit 1, * purl 7, knit 2; repeat from * to last 8 stitches, purl 7, knit 1.
Round 5: Purl
Round 6: Knit 1, * purl 7, knit 2; repeat from * to last 8 stitches, purl 7, knit 1.
Round 7: Knit 2, * purl 5, knit 4; repeat from * to last 7 stitches, purl 5, knit 2.
Round 8: Knit 3, *  purl 3, knit 6; repeat from * to last 6 stitches, purl 3, knit 3.
Repeat Rounds 1 - 8.
