Cast on a multiple of 14 stitches
Round 1: Knit all stitches
Rounds 2, 4, and 6: * (Purl 1, knit 1) 3 times, knit 1; repeat from * to end.
Rounds 3, 5, and 7: * (Knit 1, purl 1) twice, knit 3; repeat from * to end.
Rounds 8 - 9: * Purl 12, knit 2; repeat from * to end.
Round 10: Knit all sts
Rounds 11, 13, and 15:* (Purl 1, knit 1) 3 times, knit 1; repeat from * to end.
Rounds 12, 14. and 16: * (Knit 1, purl 1) twice, knit 3; repeat from * to end.
Round 17 - 18: * Purl 5, knit 2, purl 7; repeat from * to end
